Many felt the 'hope and change' was going to make their lives better. They didn't know the man was psychotic. Trying to compare him with a sane person is near impossible and I never 'get' why people try.The comparisons can be John Wayne Gacey to Jeffrey Dahmer.Hitler to Stalin maybe-not to Bush/Obama, Right/Left wing. etc.

Dissent meant death so making comparisons is silly and only used by one side to discredit the other.Theres nothing to indicate that Obama is 'crazy'.
