Health Matters: Palliative Care and Hospice Services

It hurts so much when the doctors tell you your days are numbered. I hate it. It's like everything else is hopeless when in fact we need not lose hope. There is always something good in store for us - even in death.

Thank you for educating the public about options for care that alleviate suffering. We are often frightened by the words "hospice" and "palliative care" without knowing that these services are the greatest services offered by any medical entity.
