This year I have decided to reach a goal/resolution I've been trying to achieve that I haven't tried to maintain or enforce. I haven't been on top of my game, but this year will definitely be different. I've been trying to lose weight, it's affecting my health and I've really wanted to get it out of my way. I've started a plan/schedule for everyday; that includes time to exercise and a manageable diet. So far I've lose 5 pounds,and am continuing to lose more. I can't wait to reach my weight goal
