Just moved to Oahu for grad school. Any tips on where to get some good fruit here? The only constant source of lilikoi has been north shore. Haven't tried too many guavas yet, but just got some today.
i am an indian (asian)...we get guava very easily in d market ...i eat it raw with some pinch of salt and some time along with red pepper powder..it is really delicious fruit ..i m lovin it but the problem is if the seeds are tought den it may stuck in ur teeth...:)
Great video. I was lucky enough to find guava in a grocery store here once but I couldn't figure out how how to tell if it ws ripe and by the time I did it went all mouldy.

I tried eating a guava.. it was so hard and it had these hard seeds inside.. very sour too. Did i do it wrong?

I LOVE GUAVA... if you ever get a chance try "fruit chat masala" with it ..you can get it from Indian stores
