Someone should make a better tetsuo chara, this one doesn't make almost anything. He should be able to regenerate, make heads explode, create barriers... FLY!!! Someone should make a huge mugen (or not mugen hehe) game where you could make every single crossover fight you have imagined between comic, manga and similar characters.

@Astos88 When I programmed it, it was for use as a playable char. I found that as an npc he sucks, it he doesn't pull off half the moves I programmed

it wouldve been better to just modify k'9999 to look like tetsuo and give the tetsuo some different shit and some other attacks. but thats my opinion

1-Tetsuo can drop the moon on him (read the manga)
