  • I like how you have the toms tuned high. The snare sounds great!!!

  • AMAZING skills! Very Rich/Peart-esque and just as much talent!

  • hey ritchie! really great drumming!! i would like to know which k ride you have?

  • @SirhcHtaed That was a 24" K. light ride

  • Nice sounding Snaredrum but you Drumset its tuning to high

  • Can I ask please, even though this has modern heads on it, would the original have had calf skins or similar? I often see old drums with calf heads but it puts me off, I wouldnt know where to start with animal skins...!!

    shalom, Jonathan

  • That really is a lovely tasteful snare drum sound. Mellow and warm even though its metal. Nicely recorded too!

  • Tempus drums rock!

  • Thanks Max

what heads are you using on the Tempus, i love your sound. I have the exact Tempus kit without the fade.

  • @deanmatters Snare = Remo Coated CS, 16" & 14" floors = Evans coated G2, 12" = Remo coated CS(like snare) & 10" Snare/tom = Remo Fibreskyn 2. Don't know about the clear bass drum......

  • @deanmatters Yes 4x14..... The 2 snares have Evans 300 bottom heads. Everything else is has Evans G1 coated on bottom......Thanx!!

  • Mr ritchie.. Great sounding Snare.. wow... What snare is it again - how is the head fitted??? ( reno head i am guessing) - What it the drum kit set up ? sound fantastic.. I am just starting out and looking for a betterkit then my cheap chinese dud??.

  • @melbournefishing Ludwig brass shell snare that was probably made around 1925. You can see the heads & sizes in my post above......ThanX!!!

  • As Sam used to say, "Nice Trum".

  • Talk about contrasting technology! Basically a handmade snare from the roaring 20's, and a CNC injection molded fiberglass kit from the 2000's LOL! I'm glad to see a fine drum go to a superb player. Enjoy it-Scott H.

  • haaaa Ludwig...my first drum at the school

  • Yeah ~! for Cool Wives~!~
