can you put the radiator on the top where the 2 120mm fans go?

I have a Cosmos 1000, I am redoing my water cooling system now. I will be using an 3 x 140mm (extreme version really thick) mounted internally in a push and pull configuration., and 1 x 140mm mounted exterior to rear fan outlet with a push internal fan.

The inside of the case will be painted with black 3M soundproofing coating. The front of the case will have 1 5 x HDD Hot swap bay, and a 4x Hot swap SSD bay. The front door will have the black plastic removed and the brushed metal cut with a water jet, and when finished will have a inlaid mounted LCD screen. The top cover and top control panel removed and replaced with aluminum mesh and bushed aluminum. I will post a vid when done.
