  • its no use guys!. no one replies here :(

  • You need to tell us also about the advantage of go back and forward and when I should go back or forward.

  • Going forward works your calves and thighs. backwards works your gluteals and inner thighs.

  • You need to tell us about the proper form, and what "interesting" technique you have. Tell us WHY you are dipping like that!!

  • He dips that way to work his abs (core) and butt.

  • @ShiShisstuff If you're machine is like the one my mom bought. When it increases the resistance a lot causing you to dip in because of the sudden change of resistance, you will notice he jumps up alittle when the resistance goes away.
