In america we connected teen pregnancies to black teenagers. Nothing racist by it. Its just that our health and science classes introduce safe sex in about the 8th grade. While young black girls are sometimes already sexually active because they mature so much faster than whites, hispanics or asians. Its been awhile since I was 13 but we could lower those rates by introducing it sooner.

Taking the baby away completely and giving the baby to infertile couples would reduce the effects in the UK! I bet it would in the USA too? Killing two birds with one stone. Usually pre-teens bring up more pre-teen pregnacy children or sexually active at least. This wreaks society! Abortion not just babies amongst teen in the UK is really high! They can get free condoms from our health centres, and they get loads of money to buy condoms with as pocket money,the sensible girls have pockets full!

Because the boys who shag underage girls are usually underage themselfs, so they don't count as paedophiles. In fact, it only counts as paedophilia if the male is 5 years or more older than the girl. When I was a 16 year old boy, I was knocking off 13 year old girls at 9 to the dozen - but I'm not a paedophile.
