I'm tired of people comparing Fo3 and FNV. Fo3 definitely had the most authentic "post-apocalyptic" eerie vibe for sure, and thats what made it so amazing. But FNV had its own charms too. Like seeing the strip way in the distance, and seeing a world more similar to Fo1 and Fo2. Not to mention FNV was far more chalenging as far as making decisions and tactics. Don't get me wrong Fo3 will always be amazing to me, but I'm tired of hearing people put down FNV when it doesn't deserve it.

Best game ever made. Period. Fallout 3 had such a special vibe to it. Even though it sits on my dresser, i miss it. Ever since New Vegas came out.... i feel like New Vegas lacks everything in fallout 3. Just remember those late late nights playing Fo3...then beating it, and feeling so bittersweet at the end... such an amazing game. Only game that made me cry, only game that can put a smile on my face.

@MrThundashadez Indeed friend. I dont care how many fallout come out after fo3. Nothing will ever beat it. Fallout 3 holds a very special place in my heart. i sound like a loser :P....but, it really made me very happy. Completely changed my perspective on video games. Fallout 3 was so pure, so organic. Then New Vegas came out, i feel like the developers concentrated to much on quantity instead of quality. Then focused too much on weapons, instead of story line....even in skyrim too.

The broken steel is also the must have DLC it can raise your level cap to 30 and prolong the ending

The other DLCs, pitt is good too... Mothership zeta is boring though

@Edraayer1 Fallout NV is TECHNICALLY better. It has more to the game, but it lost the feel that Fallout 3 had, and it was really lacking in those just...wow moments. Like stepping out of a Vault for the first time. That felt life changing and beautiful. You felt for the character far more than you did in NV. NV tried to suppliment that with Quantity, but it couldn't match 3's Quality.

@sirbalsac Why do I get the feeling you never played fallout 1 and 2? If you did play those two games you would know the true feeling of a fallout game, Fallout 3 didn't have that feeling at all, it was just confusing seeing everything in a green tinge and no trees 200 years after the bombs dropped when fallout 2 took place 164 years after the bombs dropped and there were trees and plants everywhere. Fallout 3 just seemed unrealistic and all the choices were black and white.

@lordzilu1584 It definitely has the potential to be, but I think it's not gonna be as good as New Vegas. Why? Because Obsidian isn't doing the writing. New Vegas' writing was amazing, Fallout 3's was good, but Skyrim's was terrible. I love Skyrim, but the dialogue and story bored me like no other. Characters were boring and the only quests I felt motivated to do was the Dark Brotherhood. Hopefully Betehsda get a better writing team for Fallout 4, or I and many Fallout fans will hate it.
