OMG I just found out on gamefaqs.com that if you use Brutal Fang over 1000 times you can hit 107 times...thats a 107 combo from that one arcane arte so think about it if you have the right super chain you can do a base arte-(107 combo)-base arte-altered-(107 combo) but when you do the brutal fang mash on the B button to get more hits and this goes for basically everybody elses artes too!! every single one even the altered artes just go to gamefaqs.com and look at the artes guide and go down

Of course, but good luck using them on the bosses, since they have retarded combo breaks whenever they want.

Sometimes I'd rather have the old 50-100 hit limit back rather than bosses breaking out of your combo constantly. Azure Blast is one of the few combos they can't break out of.

Also, the coliseum is stupid with melee characters since you're stuck with having to kill enemies one by one. Several of them can put status ailments on you, like Sleep, and Sealed Artes/Skills. So, you either spam Azure Blast, Destruction Field or Dhaos Blast with Yuri, or Luna Talon, Luna Crush or Moonbeam with Judith.

It's sad that the game turned out like this, but there's not much I can do about it.

Radiant Mythology had the same problem with its 2 and 3-on-1 duels.
