Been getting into platformers so I'm trying to find something and this looks promising. Though I am more of a pc fps guy I am trying to branch out in genres and other consoles and handhelds. Anyone think this game is any good? Cuz I got a 3DS (hope that'll work) and I'd love to try this out! Oh and replay value and how long you might think it is would be good to know.

I am not saying that Dark Void is bad, I guess it just didn't live up the hype due to some gameplay flaws and the fact that the market is overrun with 3D action adventure games.

I hadn't heard about it until now, but I'm inclined to agree. I think more people would feel the same if they actually... well, knew this game existed.

Yes, unfortunate a lot of people would ignore it as it is a 2D platformer and not a 3D blastfest spectacular.
But the one review I saw of DV said it was basically okay, just nothing outstanding amongst the releases this year.
This game really reminds me of other 2D games I like such as Metroid.
