this game was so badass. the graphics were amazing, the gameplay was awesome and this storyline just sucks you in. this is a great game, even though it is really short.

and i didn't know they had a dub. i was just used to reading the subtitles hahaha

Japanese culture does have a "woman's touch" doesn't it? Maybe those stories about a Yamato empress who ushered in 1,000 years of peace prior to the true historical events of this game, are true.

Ive played this game and I think its a very good consept but the quality isnt that good, the grafics arnt good enough to be a good game

The historical Minamoto Yoshitsune WAS indeed 16 when he first challenged the Heishi. So, that part of the game is true at least.

I loved this game. Had some of the best music and inovative gameplay...the only downside was the game is way too short!

If you took this combat system, and you took the puzzling and "maze" elements of Resident Evil 4, with the platforming of the prince of persia series, but with the look of Assassin's Creed only MUCH darker, throw in an immortal blind swordsman, werewolves, zombies and ghosts, and you'd get a kickass PS3 title! BUUUT, like Huey Freeman said in the episode "Return of the King" at the end; "its nice to dream."

this intro is so much better than the second game's; I heard the second one is not as good as the original. Oh yeah, in case any of u youtubers care; the whole flower petal thing? In Japanese Kenjutsu, the ability to slice a flower petal in half, is the mark of a sword master. To do so, requires unbelievable precision and focus; anyone can slice a bundle of straw, a rose petal though, only the founder of Aikido Morihei Ueshiba has been able to do it, well him and his son. Modern people suck

well not to put u down stardingo but i have been doing kenjutsu for three years and im not that good, but my sensei showed us that he could cut a flower petal in half with a wooden sharp sword.

well you start off with one sword, and after youre good enough ( wich takes a while, trust me) you can learn two swords, one wakizashi ( medium lenght sword) and a katana.
