  • That was thrilling

  • This song that they both sing makes me cry not because they brothers but because they were so close :,( .....juss lets say you have to fight with thw, only person who you gave a damn about cuz,of a tradition...

  • MsTremaineNeverson85

Yeah I know but the bible verse is that the angel of death swept down from above and took the life of every first born child including the livestock

  • Yea their will be a great cry just not from the slaves....but from your people you gon see boy!

  • Sidenote: I LOVE his son he is SO CUTE! With his little side Ponytail lmfao

  • The kids are the ones to pity I feel bad for them because they're probably confused and doesnt even understand what's going on......and they just all around like WTF so I feel bad for them

  • the only time I felt bad for Ramses was when his son died..other than that not so much I just feel bad for the people that lost their kids even though the hebrews had to deal with the same thing

  • Hes not a child

  • Wait a minute......wasn't rameses first born? Hhhhmmmm something's not right here

  • @handsomejlh98 He's not a child lol he's grown lol

  • 1:35

  • 9:42

  • Each of the plagues is related to a false god that the Egyptians worshiped.

  • @dougmoerhoffman How explain that to me cause I wnt to know lol

  • @MsTremaineNeverson85 search for it on creation dot com.

  • I hate to see those two brothers fight like this. In the beginning they were so much fun to see and now they're broken..

  • puase at 9:42, you can see Orion

  • @fbiuzz

Actually, the blood over the door was what's called type of Christ. The blood of the lamb over their house was a symbol salvation by the blood of Christ, the Lamb of God. There are these analogies all through the old testament and they all point to Jesus Christ and his death for the salvation of every person.

  • I think i get the "put the lamb blood on the Doorway" thing, the Lamb represent children and innocence, so the lamb blood represent the hebrew children and babies that were killed by Ramses father, letting the white mist know that whoever is inside the house is a hebrew!

  • you got to feel sorry for Ramses, bear in mind that Ramses believe in the Egyptian Gods, not The Lord(i doubt he even heard of him), to him Moses was a very powerful magician who just destroyed Egypt, with 10 horrific plagues and murdered every firstborn in the countries just for a bunch of guys he doesnt even care about

  • @fbiuzz Ya but the Bible says that Ramses hardened his heart against Moses. So its his fault.

  • brother against brother that was hard for the both of them

  • The Angel Of Death scene scared me as a kid

  • @ellenkingsley thats nothing compared to the one in the Ten Commandments. kinda the same thing, except instead of white light, it was this plaugey green fog. creepy music to go with it too.

  • thumbs up if you're the first born!

  • @gingbong yes it is, jesus believed and told us this was true, Christians and Jews are very similar. The only big reason were "different" is because we believe in the teachings of jesus and Jews don't, other reasons are petty. Also remember jesus was a Jew also and the people who has been accused and killed of being so "different," were His people. And we are His people also... Making sense...

  • This movie is not true at all.

The truth is in the bible and from jesus / GOD .

  • @gingbong1 prove that this is not true..

  • @gingbong1 shut up stupid jesus wasnt around when these events were taking place this way way before his time

  • I know right, that should of happened.

  • One thing I've never understood. If the plague was to kill the first born, shouldn't it have killed Ramese? -hope I spelled that right- since he was the first born son?

  • @HeavenlyDemonicly first born CHILDREN.

    so yeah...

  • @BlackRose2354 Oh! Right, that makes sense. Thanks! I feel really.. stupid now. xD Still love this movie to death though<333

  • @HeavenlyDemonicly lol it's okay. for a long time when i was little i was afraid at night because I'm the first born. XD

my mom had to convince me otherwise.

  • @BlackRose2354 LOLawww XDD Truthfully, I was afraid too. You're not alone my friend<333 But thanks again for clearing that up for me, it has been bothering me for YEARS. XDDD

  • @HeavenlyDemonicly oh wow, i just noticed you're the same person from before!!

    lol

  • @BlackRose2354 LOL XD

  • I love this movie and the fact that it's true

  • Shut the fuck up qween something

  • God I mean Jehovah did no made fire came from the sky...!!

  • @chicharito3000 I was thinking the same thing. This movie added and embellished allot though. It's not very accurate but it's still good. If I were to show this to my (future) child I would make sure they know the actual story first to prevent confusion.

  • God is epic

    Ra doesent exist

  • I hope this isn't a stupid question....but what would happen to the child's soul? Would it go to Heaven? Or go to hell for not having lamb's blood on their door?

  • @dcguy30 Well, the bible never actually teaches that the soul is separate from the body, it in fact teaches that the soul is a person or life that a person or animal has. so, since the soul is a person/animal, it can die. (scriptures that support this: Ezekial 18: 4 "...the soul that is sinning-it itself will die", Leviticus 24: 17-18 "...the soul of the domestic animal". There are several other scriptures, however I have a limited amount of space. If you want PM me and I'll send you some more)

  • @dcguy30 Also the bible never says that every good human will go to heaven. In fact, it says that a very small amount of humans will be going to heaven. (Acts 2:34 "David [which the bible refers to as being "an agreeable man to Jehovah] did not ascend to the heavens") These humans will be the ones that will be ruling in heaven with Jesus. You're probably wondering what they'll be ruling over. Well, the bible says they will be ruling over the earth only it will be a paradise...

  • @dcguy30 ...like the Garden of Eden. This is where most will go and they will live here on earth forever, however it'll be nothing like it is now. (Psalms 37:11 "The meek ones themselves will posses the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace" Micah 4:3,4 "They will not lift up sword, nation against nation, neither will they learn war anymore. And they will actually sit, each one under his vine and under his fig tree, and here will be...

  • @dcguy30 "...no one making them tremble; for the very mouth of Jehovah of armies has spoken it." Revelations 21: 1-4 "I saw a new heaven and a new earth...I heard a loud voice from the throne say: 'Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away'")

  • @dcguy30 However the bible doesn't speak of hell the way most people see it. (as an evil place where demons reside in which people who were bad on earth live and are tortured for eternity) The bible never refers to this "hell". The bible speaks of hell to be a figurative place, not a literal one. the word hell is translated from the Hebrew word "She'ohl" which translates to the common grave of mankind. When a person has died and goes to Sheol basically what it means is that they have...

  • @dcguy30 ..."fallen asleep in death" and the bible has compared death to sleep many times (John 11:11-14 "Lazarus our friend has gone to restm but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep...Jesus said to them outspokenly ;Lazarus has died.'" Ecclesiastes 9:5 "The living are conscious that they will die' but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all" Ecclesiastes 9:10...

  • @dcguy30 "All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol, the place to which you are going") so, the short answer would be that it is very VERY like that none of them went to heaven, they most likely went to hell aka Sheol, which means they have fallen asleep in death and are conscious of nothing, however, if they were a good person they would be awoken in the resurrection and live on earth when it is a paradise.

  • @dcguy30 Sorry for the very long reply(s) and I hope you aren't offended by my corrections, I assure you, I didn't mean to offend you in anyway. Read from the first post up (the first post is about 7 posts before this) I hope i answered your question, I was quite thorough. If you have any other questions about anything, feel free to message me.

  • 8:ll looks like a hand. coincidence?

  • this is the movies guitar solo

  • was it the firstborn boy or girl

  • @hailey4leafclover Some editions say only the firstborn child, but most say the firstborn son.

  • all prophets know every story from the first to the last jseph's has a sad ending

  • i was watching this when the youtube snowflake feature came on the video screen. And i was like "It's snowing in Egypt." :D

  • at 2:03 his eyes look like a snake's eyeballs lol!

  • ok now what are they saying at the end of the song it sord of sounds like to save the throne but im notexactly positive:/

  • @lovecanfly145 They were saying "Thus saith the Lord" :)

  • so shouldn't ramses been killed off too. I mean he's a first born son too

  • @Lyra5 I know, I dont get it

  • @Lyra5 It was only the first-born children that were killed; not the adults. It was only the loss of his son that forced Ramesses to relucantly let the slaves go

  • @Kerriangel So what this killer cloud was choosey come on if first borns die they all die

  • ugh i hate how right after pharaohs son dies moses barely says anything it just little words like thanks and good bye brother and then just face expressions

  • @lovecanfly145 What would you say if you caused the death of your best friend's son? And ramses was obviously in too much pain to listen to an apology. It makes it more realistic. The reactions, I mean. Not the giant white cloud that murdered people.

  • This song is so creepy!!! Uggh! I hope the world doesnt end like this, cause I could live with teh plauges but this creepy backgroud music would kill me!! so scary~ T-T

  • yea karma a bitch aint it?

  • Comment removed

  • Okay, Moses KICKS ASS! I wanna bring fire from the sky! XD

  • what amazes me about the passover scene is how there is no music. it's just the wind blowing and the white light. that makes that scene so powerful.

  • @DrummerGuy2409 :D that is ho God moves...quietly.. sometimes..its just like

me: "lala lalal lalala..*BOOM*~ WHAAAAA!!! O___O" ~ :'D "Thank you God" he usually works quietly..but surprises you.. = w=

  • All of the 10 plauges can be answered except for the last one by science perfectly

  • The stinkin pharaoh should lisiten to Moses besides the blood was darker in the and in the bole it look like a light pink.

  • @pchotchick if im correct god hardened the pharaohs heart so he wouldn't give in.

  • I was wondered how Ramases climbed up there.

  • Why do they sound British?

  • @kklove579 british voice actors probaly

  • At 2:13 I just thought of my younger brother n how I would only protect him

  • IAM CREEPING DEATH!

  • i dont get it pharaoh shuld have been taken by the plague shuld he not have?

  • God has reasons that we sometimes don't understand.

  • I never noticed the sound of multitudes of people crying in the background before - It makes it sound REALLY creepy.

  • sad ;c </3

  • They need his permission because they were his prisoners. Slaves were prisoners of war. Back in the time of the Eygptians the first born son was the most important... When the father died the first born was left with the empire. If not royal blood they were left land and many family treasures. Rameses was believed to have fathered over 250 children. Alot of people dont really know but Rameses died in the sea with his men. Both the cartoon and movie shows that he lives but thats not the case

  • I never understood why they needed his per ission to leave in the first place. I mean there is a lot more Hebrews than Egyptians plus God was protecting them. Why couldn't they just, you know, leave?

  • Well lets consider that the plagues were sent by god who knows we only know oboes view proof of al other gods false so what if god and stairs are the same thing, same will same wrath just different personlities and acts. Zither or let's see it the egyptian gods way. "no empire should be built on the back of slaves" if the Egyptian gods saw it the same way then they themselves sought to punish their own people and teach them their wrong doing. Just a thought to ponder for those who would allow s

  • The reason why Rameses didn't die was because he was the only born, while in the movie only one son was depicted it is believed that Rameses had many children -like seriously many many children- therefore his first born -the one seen here- died during the last plague.

  • This part scarred me for life, I was 8 and the first born -_-.........kids.

  • "No kingdom should be made on the backs of slaves" Amen,

    But tell that to America

  • @chelloyetubo Dec 6, 1865:

The 13th Amendment is ratified: Slavery is abolished

(btw, America is not a kingdom)

  • @sakonaga1 First of all, what i said was a JOKE. so quit trying to educate me with crap that i'm already completely aware of. Secondly, if it wasn't for slavery America would NOT be as powerful and strong as it is now and thats a firckin fact that your just gonna have to accept. I'm not hating on America... I'm just stating the facts. There's a difference. ( Seems like schools aren't teaching kids shit these days. Go-figure ).

  • @chelloyetubo I am well aware of the school system situation, so let me educate you ;) The United States did not become a world power until 1898 when we took on Spain and gained our own foreign colonies, well after slavery had been abolished. What money and power the slaveholders had before the war was lost after it.

If it was a joke then i accept it, but it was in extremely bad taste..

  • @sakonaga1 - But slavery did help in the sense that it helped the colonies rise up quickly economicly speaking. This lead to advances in science, military and other things which may have been a reason why america was even able to take on spain.

Lots of jokes these days have bad taste. Haven't you ever seen Comedy Central lol.

  • @chelloyetubo hi there, you shouldn't swear here. little children are watching.

  • @littlemissmoneybag - whoops. my bad ;D

  • @chelloyetubo It is not only America. Every country has some history of slavery. Every nation has its evils.

  • @pikabununify I believe every living person on earth today is descended from at least one slave in their family tree.

  • @pikabununify Yeah, in every bushel of apples, you had to expect several rotten apples.

  • @chelloyetubo There are quite a few countries you could tell that to. Have you ever taken a look into England's history?

  • "No kingdom should be made on the backs of slaves" Amen,

    But tell that to America

  • @chelloyetubo Slavery was over a long time ago. Also Britain, France, Spain, and various European nations used slavery, and there may had been some groups in Africa, Asia, and S. America who used it.

  • @1Historygenius Hun, trust me. There is still slavery. Not the kind we dealt with during the Civil War or what happened in this movie, but there is still slavery. It's not over. So long as people will be stupid enough to abuse others to make them do something ridiculous for them, there will be slavery. It's still out there.

  • @13LittleLotte So informal slavery? ok.

  • @1Historygenius No. It literally still exists. As in, like, brothels and things like that. It's the most prominent form of slavery right now. It's in almost every country, too.

  • @13LittleLotte Brothels is one of the various forms of informal slavery. It is still slavery but not in the formal and typical way.

  • @1Historygenius Ok. That makes a little more sense. You said informal earlier and I thought you meant something else by that. My bad.

  • @nyscholartist You know when Jesus died He nailed the old law to the cross. When He was crucified, the Jews were under old law so, as terrible as it seems, they needed one last sacrifice to cover their sins from God. I have pondered these same questions and I have come to the conclusion that God is willing to forget our sins if we admit our mistakes. I don't want to sound rude or offensive, I just want to give you some information that maybe you haven't heard before. I will be praying for you.

  • @1:40 Moses is like "Are you going to let my people go now?" lol

  • Who could forget the blood sacrifice needed to stain the doors. And then the blood sacrifice of Jesus. God truly is bloodthirsty, it seems.

  • @nyscholartist Under the old covenant the blood covered the Israelites sins from God's sight God can't be near sin so He had the Israelites use blood to hide their sins from God.

  • @swimboo123 I'm aware of that. I don't mean to sound strident; I grew up in a religious family myself so I know what theology is all about. But (1) Why the need to cause pain and shed blood to cover sins? Can't sins be effaced without shedding blood? All God has to do is forgive them without torturing to death some poor goat or, worse yet, His own son and (2) God knows and sees everything so how could anyone possibly hide anything from Him? It just doesn't make any sense when you think about it.

  • @nyscholartist I think the reason the Isrealites needed blood sacrifices is because their culture was a lot harsher than what we are used to seeing. Having the blood to cover their sins would have made sense to them. Also, I think that God wanted to make sure his people had a reminder of the commitment they had to Him. It's a terrible reminder but I think it would have made them think about what they were doing.

  • @nyscholartist i mean we there are biblical stories that save w/out bloodshed...so why did this one have to curse the Egyptians? it's like God has two different personalities..one of the savior...one of the condemner.... o.O

  • @Anastasia467able That's exactly it. He can choose to save or condemn humanity. Pride is one of the greatest destroyers of man. Ramses was so proud that he did not care for the sake of others and likened himself as greater than God. It is like a spoiled child defying his parents and throwing tantrums. So, God punished Ramses.

  • @Anastasia467able judge and savior is more like it

  • Why are the videos frozen at the beginning?

  • I send the sword, I send the horde...

  • Rameses is letting HIS people suffer just because he has too much pride to give in

  • Um, since he can kill children, why doesn't he just kill Ramses?

  • so why did ramses kid die if he was the only born too??

  • @astarla12 God didn't kill Ramses so that he would know the pain of the parents whose children his father sacrificed. Think. What's worse to a parent: Dying, or watching your child die knowing it's your fault?

  • @tmejfan so True =]

  • @astarla12 good Q. because Ramses's son no matter what he was first to be born from a family

  • At first, I thought Ramses shouldve died but then it hit me. Ramses was not the first born, he was the ONLY born

  • I am the morning and the evening star. I am Pharaoh! I AM LORD VOLDEMORT!

  • @Numbuh52849 AVADA KEDAVRA! *pharoah kills over*

....not as epic as having the seas spread apart and cave on you though.

  • the song in the beginning is of epic proportions.

  • love the song at the beginning (^∇^)

  • this is my favorite song

  • 04:38 - Almost singy-songy XD

  • YES all the innocent who suffer from your stubborness and pride, GOD!

  • 08:03 what was that???

  • @Dirknowitzki4life That would be death in spirit form

  • god is merciful to all, but is cruel only when he has to be

  • @awseome123456789ize Either He is Most Good and Loving or He is not. A loving god doesn't punish innocent people for crimes they didn't commit, i.e. the pharaoh's son here. Oh and Jesus too.

  • this was one of my favorite parts in this movie!!!! i love this song so much.

  • "and darkness ruled over his land..as God swept the land with his might." - Exodus

  • @icakaoko11 this is where "sometimes for the greater good, sacrifices must be made" is very true

  • @icakaoko11 Amen

  • @icakaoko11 Actually, in a history channel documentary, several scientists showed that all ten plagues were actually all possible! Locusts arent uncommon in Africa, blood water was just deadly red tide, frrogs all fleeing from the red tide, dead frogs mean more flies that bite and those bugs cause the hives, and more bugs help bring illnesses that kill the livestock, it all fits. fire from the sky was a volcanic activity that happened not to far from Egypt.

  • @croc560 Yes I saw this documentary as well. If I remember correctly, the final plauge the death of the firstborn son was due to the fact that only firsborn male slept in beds low to the ground which allowd carbon monoxide to kill them, I could be wrong though, it's been awhile since I saw it. God is awesome. :-)

  • If the last plague indeed selectively tended to affect the firstborn, it could be due to food polluted during the time of darkness, either by locusts or by the black mold. When people emerged after the darkness, the firstborn would be given priority, as was usual, and would consequently be more likely to be affected by any toxin or disease carried by the food. Meanwhile, the Israelites ate food prepared and eaten very quickly which would have made it less likely to be infected.

  • @Colombianyoyo also i dnt believe in God. He/She sounds like a sadist to me. But i do belive in science and scary coincidences. Moses seems to have had luck on his side.

  • @croc560 ahh..ok.

  • @croc560 Just being curious, but how can the darkness be explained? It only covered a part of Egypt.

  • @CrazyUnnie tht was the hardest to explain, but with research, multiple explanations were made. one is that it was a Solar Eclipse, another is that the swarms and swarms of locusts and bugs that traveled over egypt were so large, that they blocked out the sun which is possible since some locust swarms have been known to block the sun for almost an entire day. Also, due to the nearby volcanic activity, the dust clouds formed could block the sun.

  • Well this is what is going to happen i the final days when GOD is coming for the second time to take us with him and live for eternity.

  • @kretrot too many humans on earth to fit. And the future is always changing, nothing is set in stone, so maybe it wont happen.

  • yes Ramses should die but God spared him and wanted him to recongnize that God is God

  • Yet god killed his child and many for his own cause, god is god. And god is both as cruel as mercyful.

  • @DOSU344 Cruel and merciful. Sounds more like a human being than the Almighty God.

  • @DOSU344 cruel might be a lil bit to extreme

  • If I were were pharoh I'd thank mo for warning me.... He's just too stupid to see his own stubborness

  • @keithrokz the pharaoh feared that with the growing population of the israelites, they would over power him and take over egypt, so with that in mind, he basically killed every male baby so it would overpower him in his old age....sure the plagues hit egypt because the pharoah wouldnt let them go, but his stubborness was only because of god, god made him stubborn only so that he could avenge the blood of HIS CHILDREN.

  • @keithrokz yeah we good thanks

  • @keithrokz not neccesarily, im tlkn about how the egyptians killed so many hebrew israelites and in return egypt was hit with pleagues that caused death upon the egyptians

  • what happen?i dont get it?who were does spirits?why did moses put blood upon the doors n why did the lil kid die?

  • wouldn't ram die as well?
