Good Tips and Thanks for the video! Here is also a great site that I found it very helpful, its about precancerous skin conditions, they explain skin diseases in details and show you a lot of pictures about them and the other interesting feature that this site had,is that they also introduce you the particular product for each condition as well as all the reviews and a lot of good tips - - -Copy this link in your address bar and remove any spaces between and press enter! -------b it.l y/tUpxwz
I'm scared. Have sore on neck, saw dermatologist yesterday now I'm scheduled to cut the spot out which is half the size of an eraser, he drew on paper the size and shape of a human eye which is what he is going to take out and said would have 5 of 6 stitches then will send that to pathology. This seems pretty radical to cut a big hole in a woman's neck before knowing for sure it is cancer. Which tells me he knows from experience it IS cancer and is taking the whole area to prevent spreading.
@Bombeni I have had the same treatments done for what are called pre-cancerous objects. Don't be alarmed until your path comes back saying it's malignant melanoma. This is the most serious and needs the most treatment. There are many types of skin cancer that only need one removal and you're done with it. Just clear your mind and wait on the results.
@wave1rider65 Thank you kindly. But for an experienced Derm. to be willing to cut a large hole in a woman's neck (the front) tells me he is more than 50 % certain it is cancer and wants to gget it out all at once. I tried to pin him down and he just patted me and smiled and said "we will know when we know" -- this is a very confident doc. He's the type you couldn't beg borrow or steal a test or whatever if YOU wanted one, yet he is going the full radical treatment. I'm scared, real scared.
Oh wow, you are a wonderful person for making this video. You should send this to Amer. Cancer Society, maybe they would distribute it. There needs to be a major awareness campaign about melanoma. I have two spots have to have removed soon, had no idea it is this traumatic. One is on my neck! The sad part is these first appeared over a year ago and I blew it off as some kind of psoriasis or eczema or something. Now I have lost 30 pounds rapidly and am sick as a dog, too late for me I think.
@reallyurstupid ... Thanks!! I was really lucky in that my wife works in a cancer clinic and happen to notice the spot on my back. Any deeper into my skin and I would have had to get Chemo and possibly radiation treatments as well.
@LionAmongstHyenas ... I watched your vid... You should sharpen your intellect instead of your sword!! Hate is not the way my brother. I'll pray that you'll live a long and happy life.
THank you. I have had in increased awareness lately. I had my first lesion removed at age 21. Red-hair, freckled and used to tan in sun and in beds. Stupid me! From now on, I carry an umbrella and wear sunscreen.
@AmaindeJH Yea it's a shame there isnt more focus in the media on this type of cancer because many people find out to late after it has spread into many regions of the body or metastisized and they have to get full treatments for something easy to avoid or easy to treat if caught soon enough
@jtravis77 ..... My swelling with the groin dissection has been minmal but even 5 years out I still get tightness and a twinge of pain from time to time and was assured that this can happen at any surgery site.
man that is crazy!! That's awesome that you beat that shit. My GF mom just found out that she has this cancer but it already spread to her lungs and other places so your lucky bro!! Goodluck on not getting it again!
@lilclark15 Thanks!.. I'll keep your Girlfriends mom in my thoughts. Many people think that since it's called "skin cancer" that it is only relevant to the skin and they don't realize that it penetrates into the body and "Metastisizes", spreads all over .
Doing great , thanks! Once you have any type of skin cancer you have to see a Dermatologist every 6mths to a year for the rest of your life. Ive had many spots and different types of cancers removed and have been lucky that none have been malignant since my first.
Good to hear. I have fair skin and have had a great deal of sun exposure during my life. I get a check up once a year and so far so good. I always worries me though when I think about the sunburns I had as a child.

Have you experienced lymphedema since the groin dissection.. Did you recover normal feeling in your right thigh?

As if getting X-ray or whatever Kimo does is going to help anyone with cancer!
Cancer survives only in areas of low oxygen. Anything acidic contains 20 times less oxygen than alkaline.
THEREFORE if you eat lots of alkaline foods (Raw cucomber and capsicum are best) and you can get your pH to about 8 the cancer will go away.
I met a man whose pH was 8.4, he has not even had a cold in 30 years.
Pharmacutical companies will not tell you this.
There's no money in it for them!!!
