To be honest, after studying this cult since 2008, I highly doubt they are capable of reform. They are too pig-headed and stubborn, and many of the abuses are hard-coded into the core of Scientology itself. I just can't see Scientology surviving regardless of who takes over.
I agree, the only place anyone needs to look is Flag Order 3434RB to see that it is highly unlikely that they will reform their policies. I don't want to say it's impossible for them to reform, because they should theoretically be given a chance to do so, but I agree.. it seems unlikely. So they need to be exposed at the very least so these practices are common knowledge, then people might at least know to avoid the cult. :/
