The Nigerians are behind the biggest drugs enterprise in South Africa and since the criminals have more rights than the victims it is a favourable enviroment for drug barons , besides , the police are tame and some of them are bought out .

@crossbow121 Who knows if it's the Chinese or Nigerians, but it's one of those foreign gangs with access to drugs brought in from the middle east or Asia, but we now have a wonderful drug called woonga which is a lethal cocktail of heroin, HIV drugs and Rat Poison, rat poison acting as an agent to make you desperate for another hit as fast as possible as the rat poison makes your body seize up.

i was 36 when i came to canada and had never seen drugs or a drug addict before. It was a shock. Remember, addiction is a disease just like any other illness and has to be treated thus. Just like an alcoholic, once an addict, always an addict. One has to be on ones guard for the rest of your life after drink and drugs. Alanon is an excellent place for friends and family members of addicts to go. In the beginning i was so angry. Love them lots. Peace .

it wasnt so in your face!!! Here in Canada we never had such a homeless problem before the '80's.. Then they closed all the mental health institutions and gave them to us to take care of! It has got so bad on the east side of Vancouver, most of the calls to 911 are for mental health people. Now they are talking about opening them up again -we the public cannot cope anymore. All I'm trying to say is this. Goverments have known about meth for a long time some have even used it (check it out). So when flags get raised addicts start admitting to problems an cases appearing in courts no government be it SA or Canada can say 10 years down the line " We didn't see it comming" and that's why I think trying to stop some things is like pissing in th wind.
