I don't know lol it might be a little of both, who knows the new camera I have makes me sound like I have a lisp lol my voice might be a little "raspy"
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to watch my video!
I hope you get something from it, other than my voice is raspy lol
It is a great book, I have read it myself many times. The truth about life is very deep and to really understand how things work, you need to have read this book a lot of times and be a good observer. I would say that only 5-10 % of all people will get this knowledge in their lifetime -- 90-95 % are getting slaughtered.
Nice story. I guess the only thing I would say is that life isn't quite that simple. If you really believe in something that you are passionate about then yeah stick with it. I think the thing most people have trouble with is that they don't really know what they are passionate about. My friend quits things all the time, and he is slowly finding out who he really is. Other friends life by the frogs mentality and pick something - maybe it is even someone elses dream.
Amen, and God Bless you exceeding Jordan. You know I have a younger brother who plays soccer and just 2 days ago I was telling him that in whatever you do in life you must be relentless.
Well that was not the word I used, but I told him you can't give up, even when you think you are at the top of your game and or you're temporarily in the lead, you need to treat the situation as if the score is tied or you just started.
Because as long as we are breathing the game is not over.
Zzzzz... the material in this book has been discussed and detailed in hundreds of other books. Olson rehashes material provided by Covey, Blanchard, Buckingham, Maxwell, Ziglar, et al. Olson's got nothing new.
I think that Olsons book goes in depth with the concept of doing the little things daily, which no one else talks about in detail. His book is also about the power of compound interest, which a lot of people don't know exist in life -- except from their bank account.
Pretty cool story. I like how it does not rely on a omnipotent omniscient being for the frog to depend upon. He was his own savior and the frog created his own future. He used his will to over come the problem. Thats is how I feel we need to live our lives.
Your a lovely person and a winner
