3. It's a very heavy braking corner after a high speed straight

4. No wall/guardrail

The people that got hit deserved it, it's not the driver's fault. If you must stand on the corner at least stand behind a wall or after the apex so the driver has already completed his braking by the time he got around to you.

I've seen far, far worse accidents than this, with broken bodies sliding off the hoods of cars as they backed up out of the crowd they just plowed into so they could get right back into the race.

its not the drivers fault that is a retarded place to be stand that is a complete 180 turn and things are bound to go wrong around that turn and especially in that weather thae ground is very slick. the race officials should have been smarter about where they let the fans stand and spectate. so in the end its really the race officials lack of sense on what the turn and the weather will create and in the end the driver will never be at fault in a licensed race.
