Sir i really like the chord melody style you play and of course the music is from my era as well. This tune is absolutely fabulous and i like how you maintain the rhythm throughout without missing a beat I own an ibanez Artcore and it has become my favorite guitar to play jazz on. The only thing I changed was the pick-ups from the standards to seymour duncans. I'm trying to learn the tune your playing visually with limited success. Thanks for your music.

I really like how you put a new spin on the song in the 2nd half of it. I barely recognized the melody at first, but saw where you went with it, and then it just came back to me as familiar. That was some pretty amazing stuff.

Thanks! I just use the pickup that came with the guitar, I really don't mess much with electronics, I just turn the dials until it sounds OK to me and I play. I do, however, have a bridge piezo pickup I blend in a little.

Thank you! I do, in fact, offer custom lessons by DVD in which I show how I perform any of my solo guitar arangements (1 per DVD, usually around 75 minutes). I go over every single note with closeups on the hands and I explain everything in very clear langauage. And even though the lessons are song specific, I make many other references to solo guitar aranging in general. In addition to any DVD I may make for you, I have several other titles already available. Please let me know if interested.

Apparently Youtube stopped suddenly accepting Flash videos, so I had to convert this video and then it has been compressed again, resulting in really poor audio quality. Hopefully the music still comes through.
