  • hey, i just started the ab ripper x program, im on my forth day. I do the workout every second day. I'm about 5'10 weigh 125lbs, and wear about a size 29-30 mens jeans if that helps at all lol. I currently don't have any abs, well there is about a 2-pack but thats about it. If someone could please help me and either reply to this comment or pm me on how long it would take me to do this program to get a 6 pack atleast that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :D

  • @xxxdxhbkxxx you havent even been doing the workout for a week at this point... just do it everyday and keep those abs on your mind and you WILL get them

  • @34597able actually its been 7 weeks at this point.

  • i got the first part of ab ripper x

  • i do this in school

  • How can I get my lower abs to show :|???

  • @ericksmellmyfart: Lower abs come down to 80% nutrition, 20% fittness. It's important to keep your carbs below 200g (40% of your total calories) and eat a lot of protein. Lower abs are very resistant to change. Good luck!:)

  • @ericksmellmyfart Mostly just eating healthy.

  • I dont follow the nutrition due to work and school i try the most healthy i can but can i drink a supplement or something????

  • @exodiakingofcards You can always carry snacks with you. Visit our site extremely-fit(dot)com for P90X Protein Bars, Shakeology, etc. Easy to take with you. They are a consistent part of my daily diet.

  • @exodiakingofcards Thanks for the tip!!!

  • @exodiakingofcards no problem. :)

  • I do P90X in weightlifting at school.. God, I hate it.. But I love it. ;]

  • i have this, I hate it, but I LOVE IT

  • I love P90X im in week 3 of phase 1 and that abs are starting to come out. To anyone who is wondering how long it takes to see results come I would say they come probaly in week 2 you'll notice a change somewhere. If you dont then your doing something wrong plyometrics alone is a killer.

  • Doc Horton is the fucking man, he's even better than that crazy motherfucker that does the "Insanity" workout.

  • you say you need to lower your body fat to a level where th abs can show - what is that level generally? 10%, 7% ?!

  • I hate you, but i love your mom.

  • erm i have one question in mind will i be able to get abs by following ur workout or must i do some cardio first and i have a big tummy..

  • @iloveyouhebe Everyone has the ability to get abs. Visit my website, extremely-fit(dot)com, and buy P90X. Do the program, follow the nutrition guide. Once you lower your body fat enough, your abs will be there waiting. :) Keys to success: One day at a time. Push play every day. Eat as the guide says. Next thing you know. ABS.

  • @extremelyfit couldnt have said it ne better

  • @extremelyfit I'm on day 5 now going to day 6, and i've got a little beer belly, now I don't follow the nutrition guide as I follow my own, which consists of meats, veggies, health snacks, healthy drinks, and fruits. I'm already seeing little results from this. do you think I will have abs by day 90?

  • @Exlax123 The P90X workout should really be done as the guides and nutrition guides specifies. The nutrition guide is divided into 3 phases, beginning with a fat shredder phase, that is higher in protein, and lower on carbs. It then gradually increases carbs in the 2nd phase and then 3rd. The guide will also explain how many calories you need. Nutrition is the most important part of the plan if you want to get extreme results. The more closely you follow the plan, the faster the results.

  • @Exlax123 depending on how much weight you have to lose will determine if you will have a six pack in 90 days. Regardless, in 90 days you will have a solid platform to continue towards your goal. Last of all, you are on day 7, still a long way to go to start cranking out results. I would start on phase 1 of the nutrition plan that will help. Let me know how you are doing.

  • @extremelyfit So I need to follow the nutrition guide? Theres no way I can have my own nutrition diet in order to see results?

  • @Exlax123 It is possible to achieve the results you want with your own diet. If you diet is as it should be, with the proper amount of calories, etc. I recommend the P90X Diet only because its specifically laid out for you, and it takes the guess work out of the equation. :)

  • @iloveyouhebe do you best n make sure u follow the nutrition...gotta burn that belly fat to get that 6er..the results are deff worth the hard work..good luck

  • will i get results if i just do the ab ripper x by itself or will i have to do the rest of the program??

im a soccer player,do alot of cardio, and commited to do the ab ripper everyday,im also 16

  • @edwinrivas18 If by results you mean 6 pack abs, it's possible. You would have to lower your bodyfat to a level which would allow them to show. The only way to do that is through diet and exercise. So if you are eating properly, and playing enough soccer to cover you on the exercise, I see no reason you would not get results.

  • @extremelyfit yeah a 6 pack is what i want,i was just asking because i only have the ab ripper x video and not the whole set, i run everyday, and im allready skinny 143 pound and 5 foot 5.

how long does it take for results??

  • @edwinrivas18 I wouldn't be able to guess the length of time it would take to accomplish your goals. Everybody is different. Use the DVD, eat right, and exercise, be consistent and you'll get there.

  • hey i got question about this 1 he said its only 25 right ? every exercise can u upgrade it ? in four sets ? or just follow this program ? \

  • @hush065 I would use the program as described, once you are able to do this, you might consider ordering One on One Killer Abs from our website. It increases the intensity. :)

  • Nah I just hate it! LOL!! I still bring it tho!

  • people who are doing ab-ripper x for a while : do you think that by not doing all the exercises correctly, there could be bad consequences to the back or spine?

...because I have small issues with my upper-lower back muscles and middle-spine area, and could that be partly cause by this? (im 21,190cm tall and in the past I had calcium and iron deficiency, but not any more)

  • He looks like a serial killer when he says "I love it". This video cuts that part out, but it is on YouTube.

  • SO PAINFUL! but so good! (i hate it..but i love it..lol)

  • i started doing it this week. 2 days later, my hips wont move

  • I RETURNED IT.lol

  • I HATE IT !

    BUT I LOVE IT!

  • i hate to love it.

  • Ugh, I just hate it. D:

I guess I'll learn to love it. lol

  • we do this for our football team once a week mostly as kind of a conditioning to keep us in shape for the summer until next season. we all hate it but love it too

  • you should do it every other day...that aint gonna do shit

  • yeah cock rocker is right every other day, once a week won't do shit

  • yeah...thanks

  • football is a sport that requires alot of abs so if they did the workout everyday, they wouldve overtrained the abs overtime, once a week for football players and track sprinters is good.

  • I also HATE IT and also LOVE IT :)

  • I literally just finished doing this, and I can understand what he means when he says he hates but loves it. Its a pretty decent quad workout too. :)

  • i hate it ....

    BUT I LOVE IT
