Scarface is in the same league as Pac if u ask me, and Pac openly admitted that Scarface served as a huge influence for him. Nobody could spit rhymes so deep into their mind state, and come out with such delivery, and such power. Nobody could do that like the two of them, coming out with rhymes that were on such a personal level.
