Damn Fisher got crossed the F*#% overby A.I. Garnett was beast in this game, my teams was the Sixers,Blazers,Suns and the Magic I had T-Mac raining threes in the 4th. Best intro in the 2K series I've played them all 2K11 intro was ok the gameplay is excellent, 2002 NBA season was air shows every night Francis,Mason,Carter, Kobe,T-Mac, Stoudimire & Kidd was speed demons on the court then A.I. with the speed crossover dunking on 7 footers.

This and NBA Street Vol. 2 are my favorite current/next gen video games of all time. Sure, 2K2 had it's share of flaws but it was most fun to play - especially when filling the lanes on fast breaks. Teams also had specific plays to run to get certain players open. I don't know why that feature has been removed.
