there is an easier way to gain fitness. you put ur bench and reserve players on the pitch while ur normal players are on the bench and reserve. then u go on play match, single match, single player. u then leave the game after about 5mins in ur players gain full fitness.

His striker in this series Sinama-Pongole actually played for Liverpool when they won the Champions league in 2005, but lost the World Club Championship to my team: Sao Paulo Futebol Clube from Brazil :) Sorry Sam!!!!
