As far as I can tell, Sharon just has a really good sense of humor, and others don't. She is also very blunt. Being a sensitive person myself, I can see why some may see her comments as rude or even hateful, but I really don't think they were meant to be that way, and I am sure Sharon doesn't have any ill will towards Susan...at the same time no one's looks should be make fun of. Having said that, when looks are commented on, it is usually because it is "easy" and there is nothing else to say.

This process has really brought out her maturity and professionalism. It will be interesting to see what she does after that.

Don't get me wrong, / have been rooting for Kelly. However what Sharon said has angered people very much and they see Sharon's behavior as representing her values that she likely raised Kelly with. It's not fair, but people are very upset about it. Read the boards on the net. The foul mouth stuff isn't so funny to people now...the Osbornes look cruel.

I think she needs to be careful. Her mom has ticked off a bunch of folks with her hurtful comment about Susan Boyle. Apology or not, people are very angry with the Osbournes.

That has nothing to do with Kelly or any of the Osbourne's except Sharon. She's already apologized and Susan said she doesn't wish her any ill will, so that's that.
