"muse" lets recap shall we. Laser reflection data is NOT squired with the use of spectrometers. You now know this since I pointed it out a long time ago. No one that I know of has taken a laser reflection off these laser devices used to measure data from the moon and ever run it through this device to try to show if it is a reflection directly off the moon or from a laser reflector. One can only widely speculate on the results therefore.

Apollo 11 initiated TLI at an angle of 32.5 degrees to the Earths equator and at 42 degrees to the magnetic equator. Passing well outside the centre of the VABs.
42 degrees to the mannetic equator, well, it says Apollo's take off were 10 degrees Latitude N. and inclination 31 degree, 31 degree is only 5 to 12 a clock.....according to Kovalev you still are in the radiation zone ( but less sure ) in 30 degrees to equator. But never mind, my understanding of space is that it is radioactive, not a place for humans. But I don't have a Apollo project to defend either.

Hi,
Given the tremendous quality and output of Jarrah White, I think he is entitled to make the odd technical error. He has in fact if viewers watch all his videos, corrected his errs in subsequent videos and credits people where necessary.
To err is to be human. To admit as such and learn from it is even more human.
I am having a hard time finding any good science and behaviour from the proNASA crowd who seem to either go silent or quickly resort to name calling when they are refuted.

Yes, to error his human, but he originally believed the film speed was doubled, only to find out his calculation was wrong when using Vegas. It took him ages to back down from his error, and once he did he kept up with the same theory but using a different film speed t fit his error. For me, his theory fell apart once he had made the error. Not in Jarrah's world. He just applied the theory again with new numbers. That is the fundamental problem. NOT his error.

Yes, everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how they handle them. Jarrah made an absolutely basic error in math, and when it was pointed out to him did he say "D'oh!", admit it, fix it and move on? No! He made it clear that he's either so incompetent that he can't get a trivial math concept right, or his ego is to bound up in this that he's unable to admit the sightest error. Either way, he certainly can't be trusted or even respected.

"muse" lets recap shall we. Laser reflection data is NOT squired with the use of spectrometers. You now know this since I pointed it out a long time ago. No one that I know of has taken a laser reflection off these laser devices used to measure data from the moon and ever run it through this device to try to show if it is a reflection directly off the moon or from a laser reflector. One can only widely speculate on the results therefore.

As you will note the moon does not orbit about the Earth's equator but at a significant angle. As the earth rotates at 23.4 degrees to the ecliptic plane.
Apollo 11 initiated TLI at an angle of 32.5 degrees to the Earths equator and at 42 degrees to the magnetic equator. Passing well outside the centre of the VABs.

Apollo 8 entered TLI at -144 degrees east, 11 and 12 at -164, 15 at -142 and 17 at -53.
While I'm at it the inclination of all the missions was between 28 and 32 degrees; and as such all would avoid the centre of the VABs.

Add in the shielding of the Command Module which is able to stop the lower energy particles.

"Radioactive" is the process of atoms shedding excess pieces from their nucleus. It is a property of matter, not "space."
Now whereas radioactive PARTICLES are flying thru space, its then up to you to explain why its fatal. Most types of radiation can be blocked by virtually anything. Only a scant few like gamma and Xray need lead. You would have to demonstrate that there's enough of ONLY THOSE kinds to be fatal. And I doubt you can.

Yes, the lunar regolith contains a large amount of glass and many spherical glass fragments.
And those do tend to reflect light towards the source, as anyone can tell during the full moon.
But they are not precise enough for the purpose.
This is why the laser ranging observatories which have used the mirrors get returns thousands of times more powerful when using the mirrors.
