Blasting away baddies with a high powered weapon whilst wearing heavy duty armor just doesn't deliver the sense of helplessness this game does. Neither does the fact that you can expect the baddies in dead space to play by the rules of physics, in fatal frame, baddies will teleport, walk through walls, ceilings, and the ground.
