Thanks for the info, i bought a set and also found out that my locks needed to be replaced. im so glad i bought some and tried it out, instead of the bad guys taking my stuff. ive been robbed before and that unsafe feeling is horrible. everytime you go out you wonder if you are going to come home to an empty house. i think everyone should try them..
My house tha last thing they see is tha grande picture of me on tha wall with tha devilish smile with tha caption under it saying hope u enjoyed ur last second of living on it well that says it all they r added to my "collection" hahahahahahahhhaha
i can open any medeco lock with my bump keys and i will bet any one 10,000 dollars that i can open them in 7 sec flat.so stop saying un true things people.
you guys need to stop saying things that are not true. i have bump keys that will open any medeco lock around.and i can open one of the medeco locks in about 7 sec. i will bet any body 10,000 dollars
No lock is pick/bump proof, just resistant. Oh, thank you chanel whatever news for exposeing a new lock poping technique and a demonstration! As long as there are locksmiths someone will leak how its done no matter what lock companys dream up.
Bumpkeys i got some of these online at superbumpkeys. com and they worked great, i got them to try on my house and im glad i got them because i found out i had to change my locks.
what the fuuuuck they shouldve just told us about the warning not the fuckin process now veryone knows how to do it fuckin american meadia is stupid i hate the damn news
cheap simple way to bump-proof ur lock while ur sleeping, or just don't want anyone to bump ur lock as ur inside. use wire from a coat hangar. lock ur door from the inside..make sure the key is sideways. then thread the wire thru the key, around the doorknob, and back thru the key..twist to tighten loop. the sideways key blocks ANY key from entering.only way is to untwist the wire..just a few twists does the job!
Why not just use traditional lever locks instead of spending $200 on the high security locks which eventually a key will be cut and will be bump able trust me
Actually, bumping a lock causes a very different kind of wear than normal use, after a single bumping, a lock will show a dent above the keyway(I do know that this is avoidable) only after about 4000 to 5000 uses does visible wear appear here, and it looks nothing like that which comes from bumping, also after a single bump, almost all parts of the lock will show wear that does not come from anything else. (the most prominent of these is a dent in the pins)
@JNSpdi Actually it's YOU who isn't very intelligent. The shoulder of the key hits the outside of the lock when you bump it. My practice lock has a significant dent in it right there. I also had to bump the lock at my dad's house once, and it scraped the paint in that spot. Of course you can minimize these effects by using less force, but if you aren't using a machine cut bump key then that may not be entirely possible.
these idiots r just scarying u to make money .thay say bumpin has been around for 50 yrs and all of a sudden after "50 yrs" thay wanna warn u .even if u spend money on new locks theres other ways thifes can get ur house .like kickin the door or pickin it lol.if u wanna protect ur home ,all u have to do is buy a alarm its the only thing that stop a theif .JUST ME .lol
I have said it and will say it again. Medeco Locks CAN be Bumped. I have seen it with my own eyes. !!! no bull shit. So.. lock5900... I think you need to do your home work.
