I agree. And not only Misty says Butch's name wrong, I think even Cassidy mistakes it sometimes. But Butch is not an easily forgotten name in my opinion.
In my opinion (since i'm a girl IRL), Butch is WAY better looking than James. He's built better and alot braver. I'm just a HUGE fan of Cass and Butch. They make such a romantic couple. <3
A lot of people get his name wrong. Tracy, Professor Oak, Ash's mom, Ritchie, Misty, Cassidy and James have all gotten his name wrong at one point or another.
He just needs not to get so hot headed about it. He's got a fiery temper like Raphael ( TMNT). Say anything wrong and he goes off like a time bomb. I'm shocked that Cassidy doesn't stick up for Butch.
