You might also point out there are often calls for local event and swimsuit models, shoots for local businesses, and other types of modelling calls that are not so demanding regarding height and such. They can help with a portfolio, and also lots of newer photographers building THEIR OWN ports who will shoot you for a project they're doing for both sides to benefit from the shots without either having to pay the other. Just be careful and don't meet them alone for the first shoot at least.

You will learn a lot of very useful things that you will be able to apply in other aspects of your life. But, at 14, you're too young to worry about what you'll do in life. Focus on setting the foundation upon which you will build later. And don't get pregnant.

Hey good luck tomorrow on your casting call. For blemishes, i'd really just drink lots of water - and get a good nights rest. Sleep is the best thing in the world for you, hence "Beauty Sleep".
