How do u catch the arm if he posts up with his weight through his hand. Ive been struggling to move it. I notice vinny shows it from the opponent posting on elbow?

WOW this is way to advanced for me...i tried to look for someone to train grappling with in your page grappling connection, but it didn't worked...i just know the basic moves ( armbar, triangle choke )
@mitchhsansom watch my Match against Glover Teixeira in the 2009 ADCC. It was live, and also in the most prestigious grappling tournament in the World, If it worked at that level, it will work at any other level, I guarantee... I takes practice though...like any other move.
@VinnyMagalhaes And as Vinny has said, there are always variations and different ways to do things. What might work for one person might not work for others. Jiu Jitsu is about the total commitment of practice in order to get better. No short cuts...just work. Then it becomes beautiful!

Was drilling this the other night. Getting the grip with the underhooking arm was the hardest part for me. A super solid move though.

The way Vinny rolls is just awesome. Even in this short training vid you can see how naturally he flows through his movement.

@VinnyMagalhaes Okay, I guess it does work, if you have very good wrist control.
