LOCIC SYSTEM is great,along with Tangerine dream,Peru(Band from Holland:its great!They are as cool as TANGERINE DREAM)Vangelis,Paul hardcastlle and Depeche mode i listen to them almost every day:)
But the best Japanese band i know is YMO,and fave composer MOTOI SAKURABA,who composed music for many J-RPG games.I also LOVE music from Xenosaga in general,but i forgot that composers name...i think its Yatsunori Mitsuda or something.
The most I like their debut album and especially solid state survivor (rydeen!). Also BGM and Naughty Boys are very good but I gotta say that I like most of their material! I've listened Logic System and Sketch Show stuff too and they have some interesting stuff too, but I think Sketch Show goes a bit too artsy at times for my taste.. Good stuff never the less!

I'm an Asian but I like their exotic ASIAN melody very much.
The synth music scene in Switzerland is not so common unfortunately, most hears here unfortunately only Hip Hop: S
I am however a giant Synth fan, particularly of the similar devices and/or classical authors as FAIRLIGHT CMI IIX, Jupiter 8, Roland JP8000 or KORG Monopoly.
