I wish you showed the first time Jolas got the ball during that game and how loud the crowd was booing him. You see that it really affected him.

I really hated Jolas, until now pag nakikita ko s'ya naalala ko ito... Jolas maybe great player in his team pero sa tulad naming fans ni Samboy... ang nangyaring ito ang nagmarka kung anong klaseng player si Lastimosa...

years ago when i watched this game, back then i was mad with jolas for this incident (jolas paid Samboy a visit at the hospital) how i hated this guy. but then, jolas played weak after this incident. must have been that was affected somehow. only when he was traded to alaska that he regained his plays and composure. actually, he won as one of the best defensive player. but, still SAMBOY LIM is still greater than he is. jolas is a true gentleman minus my ill feeling towards him.

This man, Samboy Lim, was also a class act off the court. I remember seeing him in a restaurant during his San Mig days. Being a hardcore San Mig/Samboy Lim fan, I waited (as per my mom's instructions) for him to finish his dinner. I had a picture taken with him and autograph. A lot of people in the restaurant did the same thing, but he was so gracious and patient. I know a few friends who had a similar encounter with him. He is a down-to-earth, benevolent, good-hearted fellow. I wish him well!
