Tuna from a can? Puh-lease! Only a philistine would pair this wine with canned ANYTHING! I personally much prefer salmon-fresh & wild caught!
Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards really squeezed out a winner with their Rodeo Red! Sweet, light with fruity undertones, this delightful wine is a lovely compliment to any food. I enjoy Los Pinos Rodeo Red with a Soufflé de Souris (mouse soufflé), Pasta Roditore (rodent pasta), or the gamy accents of a plump wild squab with a reduction of red wine & catnip.
My deepest apologies Zoom...but very glad to learn your have high standards with your cuisine. Besides I'm sure you would pick the Los Pinos Blanc du Bois for your sea food dishes rather than Rodeo Red. I think your parings sound wonderful and thanks for the TNs
This is our wineries' favorite,,,, cat, a cool cat no doubt. Thanks to Lonnie & Julie for sharing Zoom their drunken kitty with the rest of the wine world, which we think illustrates quite nicely the expanding interest in wine by more "americans".
I would have thought a nice sweet musCAT wine would be more to his taste.

Ok Zoom now we need some tasting notes and a rating on your favorite wine. Does it pair better with mouse, wild bird or tuan fish from the can?
