  • how much did they cost and how old are they?

  • wow a whole 2 mins. watching fish

  • Is that in your house xD

  • Those fish are beauitful. noce little pond I give you credit.

  • Flooded bathroom?

  • my toilet bowl holds more water then that

  • i cant comprehend where the pond is? did you set up a glass wall on your floor?

  • The most inexpensive way of making a large indoor pond tank is to use an actual pond liner (EPDM - Black - 20mil) inside of a plywood + 2 x 4 frame. A large indoor pond (3' deep x 4' wide x 10' long) can be build for about 300$.

  • those are fish

  • do you raise them for food?

  • yawn

  • Why Beethoven music???

  • It looks like there was a flood and u recorded but it's a cool pond I like it

  • very cool and especialy the PERFECT circulation not to fast just right! but, my only complaint is the tile- why on earth anyone tile a pond? it would be rediculous amount work to keep clean or? youd never know was tile itd be covered in growth. so why tile below water line vrs cement etc instead? no doubt you had cement it prior to tile anyways? but if wanted the tile be seen as asthetic enhancement, then just keep it above water line. i wouldnt recommend tiling pond to anyone itd be nightmare

  • @ThaiTyBeta alot of people use cermics to tile ponds/tanks because they are extremely easy to wipe clean. Pourded cement is notouriously porous.

  • @sharpiesreef due to surface areas being so large lotta evaporation takes place in all ponds and even glass the easiest of all pond surfaces to clean, can be nightmare. tile is not easy to keep cleasn and cement ponds are not typ[ically made outta regulart pourous cement but smoother sandier finer grit less pourous mix and nbow they have amazing ones of blend of ccement mortar and shredded polymers super easy clean and even has some growth prevention inside material but tile not greewat choice

  • Im amazed how i got here from nyan cat dubstep.

  • would those fish withstand the canadian winters eh?

  • @3131Bubba1313 No, they are sub tropical. We have our own gars but you can't keep them in ponds I don't think, maybe a deep pond though.

  • not a very big pond, and yes I read the entire video description. glad they're in a much larger pond.

  • it's to small for 2 of tham

  • looks like u flooded ur basement and put fish in it!!

  • looks like ur house dude....

  • that was weird

  • iz tht ur bathtub???

  • Love the rendition of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonota.

  • i have seen bigger ponds then that pussy

  • No they dont

  • those look more like pike

  • @utubefun1234 pike have shorter muzzles but they are in the same family of fish

  • @TheSuperspudnik i know for some reason they just appear to look more like a pike alot of the gar's ive seen had really thin mouths these look a little wider

  • @utubefun1234 You've probably seen spotted or longnose gar. Alligator gar have a wider, flatter mouth.

  • Dat a whale!?

  • i hate to tell you. those are babies i have seen them in south east missouri 14 feet long. caught one my self over 5 feet long.

  • It's pike right?

  • Let the pike go!

  • is that your bathroom?

  • Looks sad

  • Please read my latest comment before you say something? That will answer your question. Just a little effort helps a lot.

  • Umm, sir. You have an infestation of gar growing in your kitchen. You might want to uhhh, fix that?

  • Yuck! CREEPY!

  • NICE oscar, huge.

  • HOW ABOUT SAND AND ROCK?

  • haha when i looked quikly i thought you flooded the badroom:D

but nice fish man they look healthy!!

  • cool pond man

  • how do u make that in ur house, cause i would like to make one for my cichlids

  • hey make an update of ur pond

  • is this your bath tub?

  • how old are your gar ?

  • if ur pond was 3 or 4 feet deep it would be better for the fish cuz it would give them lots of space

  • @insectsfairandmoreSA

hey guys, sorry for the late reply. This pond is supposed to be just a grow out tank and i dont plan to house the gars here permanently. For an update of the gars, they are pretty fat and huge as of now. For those who criticized my grow out pond, you have no idea on how long the gars had been with me already, and I am proud to say that I've already have them for 7 years already and still healthy. For those who advised, thank you for your concerns, i'll see what i can do.

  • @monsterfishy123 Hey I have two gar in a 150 tank theyre about 8 inches each now but one is starting to bite off the other ones back fin... how can I stop this??? theyre amazing and I want to keep them both

  • hi guys! i just made an expansion of this pond. it's current size is 10' by 8' by 2'. I'll make an update soon. :D

  • Like river rocks or something . And then just place the driftwood into the pond

  • how big is that "pond" ? looks way to small to house fish that size

  • looks like a flooded kitchen with fish in it lol

  • it looks like a small balcony filled with water;) kidding niceee gars

  • No gravel medium on the bottom ? Just a box made from floor tiles ? poor fishies

  • @aotearoastyle honestly fish don't look a tthe gravel....

  • @xchrisownz Is there any place in the wild that has floor tiles ? . My whole game to fishkeeping is re-creating their natural environment

  • @aotearoastyle yeah YOUR game in fishkeeping I do the same thing, I try to recreate a natural looking tank for my fish tanks, i have a tank i plan on putting drift wood and natural plants in, however what does it matter if this guy has tile in the pond?

  • @xchrisownz Its like filling a fishtank full of water and not putting in any thing in it for the fish . It effects how the fish reacts in a enviroment . A dormant fish that just swims around . . . Or an inquisitive fish that explores its surroundings and hunts for its food naturally . Im not saying your fish keeping skills are bad , The water looks clean and well filtered and the fish do not look skinny . But how much awesome would it be if you filled the bottom with some kind of medium

  • @aotearoastyle wtf dude its not my fishtank. and I do try to make my tanks look natural maybe its easier for him to clean, and hwen my fish is sick i put them in a hospital tank, i don't throw a type of gravel or rock

  • @xchrisownz ....lol

  • they cant even swim. You should release them! This is not a happy environment for alligator gar....

  • @Freemasonry u have no idea were he lives and by releasing them not only the alligator gars would die but also hundrerds of fish in the ecosystem

  • @Freemasonry Yeah i'm pretty sure thats illegal

  • @Freemasonry release the gars? and kill hundreds of fish in the local ecosystem due to invasive species and possibly the gar dying

  • What do you feed your gars? i was thinking of placing some gars in a pond

  • I feed them with massivores.

  • No, it's an outdoor pond. I placed some plastic sheets on the sides to serve as its housing to prevent the gars from jumping out and also to prevent falling leaves getting into the pond.

  • nice pound bro indoor???
