This is real country western music. The stuff today is mostly rock music. There are only a couple of good ones today like George Strait. Look at the way these country singers dressed back in them days. Today they all dress sloppy with holes in their clothes. I saw Ray Price in person many times in Texas and San Diego area back in the 50's & 60's. What great music we had than.
RIGHT ON NIL8Z---NASHVILLE SOLD OUT TO BIG MONEY--I RATHER TO LISTEN TO RAP CRAP THAN THIS CRAP COMING OUTTA NASHVILLE-BUT NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO THEY HAVE NO LEGENDS LIKE MERLE HAGGARD--CHARLIE PRIDE--CONWAY TWITTY--RAY PRICE--SIR HANK WILLIAMS SR--AND MANY MANY MORE--ALL THEY HAVE IS THOSE PRETENDERS--THAT CANT DO NOTHING WITH A SONG--ALL THAT CRAP SOUNDS THE SAME--ONE WOULD NOT KNOW ONE SONG FROM THE OTHER--
I had the pleasure of booking Ray Price to Taylors Viewpoint way back in 1970 ~What a great guy and what a show ~i think I have every recording of his ~Loved to see buddy Emmons with him too ~A great Singer with agreat Band~TY For all of this~ Steve Aka Payola
