Great video but may I make mention that first dried peas in the home garden should be soaked overnight. Peas will produce all at once and then die off quickly, In other words peas have a very short life cycle and should be planted in patches say at one month intervals to keep producing as needs are required half the year round.Commercial pea legume crops are for different purposes of crop rotation and tilling nitrogen into the ground and cattle feed when peas are planted all at the same time.
