  • Kort you must get bigger, it's a challenge to yourself. Your legs are dynamite, work those arms like never before. It's very difficult to see any fault on your body at this point so going bigger will mean cranking up the "Holy Sh#t!" dial.

  • I liked the part with the shoulder. Every beginner in body building should first know about injuries and how to avoid them. Worse than the shoulder injury is the lower back injury. Unfortunately, most found out about them after they've happened.

  • One thing I like is the gym. Wish I had the place and the space for my own.

  • @hfelton I'm not competing in FBB again mate. Only competition on for 2012 is the ADCC and any other BJJ comp I can get my arse to. I don't want to get bigger... stronger, faster and more powerful, is more like it. I HEART YOUR FEEDBACK. big hug. now go WORKOUT!

LOL the NPC hates me! hahaha! but really, hit 15-20 reps with brilliant form. lets see how quickly those little non-visible muscles tire out. there are heaps more to show, but this will get us started. 2-3 times a week, 5-10mins a day. don't be one of the statistics (like me) who are waiting for a rotator cuff-type surgery. check your ego at the door, and pick up the lil bells.
