Well, Sookchai, unlike Thais, and Chinese, and any other asians that does it, us Khmers don't have any Khmer series We just have movies. Many of our movies sucks, but that's how it is. We have bad people working for the entertainment industry who probably doesn't even know much about it at all. The acting is very poor, the graphics are so lame, and it doesn't provide much details. Don't get me wrong, I'm Khmer...I'm just being honest. It can't even be compare with the Chinese or Thais.

I've heard plenty of ramwong songs that were originally Khmer (you can always tell by the melody) but translated to Thai. Personally I like both versions though I'm bias to Sin Sisamouth version because I love his songs. Back in the old days, Thai people did watch Khmer movies like Pous KinKong and it is even consider in the top 10 of Thai movies although they recognize that it was a Khmer movie. Please don't distort history or use this as some pride war. Secondly, why isn't it possible that Khmer and Thai artists collaborated with one another? It's not so hard to believe.

This song is sang by over 20 singer in Thailand remake after remake after remake. But I like this one better then any version. Nakorn My fave singer.
