This van has one of the baddest memphis installs in the back. 8 2500d's i believe and looks really clean and good. the 15's are the strictly comp mojos with quad voice coils.

it doesnt take 4 15's to get it loud...expecially since there are several different ways to be loud dealing with bass... on the meter, it can be as loud as 160 db with one 12"...or 2 12's hitting 148's on music... 4 15's is just, cooler.

maybe more impressive just because that would take a lot of trial and error and good box building.. but with the 4 15's it would be cooler cuz in a sense it could be louder to the ear. mainly cuz that 12" will probably have to be tuned really high.

@559bassman It's possible but it would take a lot of engineering. Those 6th and 8th order bandpass boxes can be insanely loud. You're need a ton of power too. But it's possible. One 18 hit 180 remember

I have never seen one 12" hit 160.... I've seen them get way up there.. and I've seen two hit around the 150 area... but not 160. I have to say I don't believe that one. 15"s also have the ability to get lower.. move lower air around.

those were just examples..... but i gaurntee that it is possible to make 1 12" get upper 50's to 60 ... just takes the right power, box, tuning, car etc... and obviously it wouldnt be a daily driver. just a burpin car.. which i personally think is retarded. lol
