  • I can't really jump rope too well, but I'm a runner. Once I get out of bed I usually run 3 miles almost every morning before I eat.

    Is it better to do this pilates exercise before or after running?

    what about before bed?

  • Running works also, I would suggest after you run then do the Pilates exercises. Try jump roping, you will get better at it and it burns lots of calories...

  • I would do it every other day and also incorporate cardio with your routine...Try jump rope then do 1 set of these exercises and jump rope again then another set. Try doing 3 sets of these exercises mixed with jump roping in between..

  • @MyPilatesBody I Asked alot of people of vids but they dont answer can u please make an 2-3 weeks proggram im 12 years old and i wanne get rid of my love handles and my fat can u make me in 2-3 weeks flat and i can go swimming if u can can u make me a proggram that 12 years old can do thanks alot

  • If your neck is bothering you, practice doing these exercises with your head down first. Then practice drawing your abdominal in and release any tension in your neck

  • When you do crunches like that, never do them way too fast; it'll make you feel nauseous.

  • No your back is not suppose to hurt at all...Two thing are happening your legs are to low to the ground and secondly you are not engaging your lower abdominals...keep your legs closer to you

  • You should do at least 10 reps of each exercise and you can keep adding more reps as you like but you should be feeling it after #6...

  • If you keep practicing these movements you will see a change, some people have already seen changes....

  • Will crunches make my tummy lose inches, or will it make muscle underneath all the fat? I'm sorry if the question sounds stupid, but my gym teacher said it one time.

  • Don't confuse these movements with crunches, you hold you abdominal differently with Pilates. You will lose inches and your stomach gets flatter because you are working the deepest layer of the abdominals..

  • this is totally effective! i've tried it, and not only could i feel my tummy getting exercised, i literally saw the results after a few weeks when i looked at the mirror. my tummy is not bulgin anymore! thanks!

  • Hi there, yes they will flatten but you must remember to draw your abs in not out...

  • Hi There..you don't have to do all the videos, its a variety that you can chose from. But if you do this video on a daily basis you will notice a difference.

  • Hi There...

    I suggest doing 10 reps of each exercise...It should take about 5 maybe 10 minutes, you always want to stay in control of your moves and think about zipping up your abdominals or putting on a tight fitting belt...and don't forget to breath..I hope this helps..Let me know if you have any other questions...S
