I did the same thing and got it at midnight the bad thing is I didn't have enough medicine skill so i couldn't save Doc Mitchell I only saved Chet and now I cant find a doctor. After the NCR tries to take back the facility they kill the doctor there too. Anyone know where I can find a doctor...

I've played this game for hours at a time. I mean it's so addictive. But sometimes it gets annoying. like glitches, freezes, and dieing for no reason. Like i walked straight into a mine, or into a puddle that was infested with radiation. So a word of wise, SAVE OFTEN IF YOUR NEW. Because one mistake, and it can destroy your joy.

in regards to hit detection: First, get within melee distance of the enemies. Second, use VATS to wear down the enemies health (headshots almost always get more hit points up close btw) Last, don't bother long shots looking down the iron sights because the hit detection is pretty weak outside of the melee distance and most importantly--this game was not designed as a FPS. If you run out of AP run backwards while using relative aiming( no iron sights). It will usually allow u to move faster.
