  • where did you get your snow blade ??? for this modle

  • how much would you say it costs just the tractor itself. cuz my grandpa is giving the same model to us but we need to know the cost of the machine so we can bring it across the boarder between canada and the U.S

  • Plows are usefull depending on how deep the snow and what type of area. I can go 5 mile per hour in 6-9" of snow after 9" it's blower on time at 2 mph with JD 318

  • Hydualic lift manual angle?

  • I have a 1989 simplicity baron

  • Tractors are so tough to move snow with. It don't matter how much weight and chains you have if the snow is any bit heavy or wet forget about it cause the tractor cant push it. Got rid of my plow/snow blower attachment for my tractor cause of poor performance.

  • @goodie3358 that is true

  • that is useless in anything more than a half foot of snow, it b like plowin trees...its imposible!,,,especialy in the wet slushy snow. you need a 3 stage rotating auger man!nothin else

  • how much extra weights on the back?

  • does a decent job...

  • Billyjoey My dad got me a old lawn tractor and re painted it newholland blue and a new seat etc anyways I plow my drive way with it and it works good it's just that u need plow guards and a weighed box on the back of ur lawn tractor that's criticle if you have any more questions just ask

  • my grandpa got a john deere la115 well he uses that instead now because his simplicity's mower is wrecked kinda but its fixible so 2 years after i asked him could we take the simplicity out. he said no it pry doesnt work then an hour later i asked him again he says ok but i'll show you its not gonna start. so we go out and... it starts perfectly. you would think it wouldnt but it did. i recomend it buy a simplicity. my grandpa didnt because the john deere was less then the simplicity a otherwise

  • im getting a 1996 or 95 from my grand father do you have any thing i should do with it you'd consider. but we are going to take the mower part out

  • what do you do when you get 2+ ft of snow thou

  • can you make a better video of the fetures i am thinking of buying one with a bagger for 1400 or a brand new craftman gt 5000 which one

  • Actually rockintrucker on my cub with no weight and no chains my tires don't spin, and I plow uphill in 3rd gear

  • we got a lot of snow around xmas and i used my snow plough on my simplicity mower just like yours and cleared the drive way in no time at all great job.

  • how do u attach those plows to a lawn mower

  • you need a wheel horse

  • Alot, they put more weight on the drive tires and balance the weight of the plow. With out the extra weights on the rear the drive tires would slip and spin chains or no chains. Some people have fluid put in side of the tires for weight they leave enough room for the air as well. peace

  • Do you know the Model number for your tractor? It can be found above the left front wheel. Does yours have a switch that raises and lowers the mowing deck located upper left of the dash? I'm trying to get a model number for a mower that belongs to a RC flying club I belong to.

    Thanks

  • that thing sucks its too new if you want something that lasts you need to buy old

  • Looks like the tractor was already 10 years old when this vid was made. I'd say it's lasting.

  • Then you stick a snow blower on the front of it. you can buy them for those. I got one for mine but mine is just a Regent but it still works.

  • Does it do that good of a job in wet snow too? Nice work!

  • Hey what model simplicity is that?

  • It is a 1997 Simplicity Landlord, with a Briggs Vangard 18 hp. They also made that model with a water cooled 17 hp, Kawasaki I believe. Great machine, runs like a top!

  • yeah but you can't kill a briggs.
