judging by the lack of cars, I would say you filmed that at weekend. Also it doesn look like that at the moment. Most of the building round the clock tower are boarded up from vandalism as all the staff who worked in there have now moved out, pending revelopment into key worker housing.
my mum worked there she said tht the vaults underneath where they keep all the old files are beyond creepy

we had a similar building in Malmesbury,but they knocked it down and built an eyesore of a modern surgery in the old hospitals place,BA@%ARDS
