@outdoorsman310 Err sorry no :( but maybe you could buy some sheet metal and weld (arc or flame) or solder it together, wait I may know look up live steam engine kits or something similar, you might find some results that way. sorry that's the best I can do :/

@outdoorsman310 Usually one would braze a boiler using a copper tube of large diameter and copper sheet.

@outdoorsman310 Oxy-acetylene could melt the copper. You need a bunch of low temp heat, so an ordinary plumber's torch will do just fine, especially, when dealing with a boiler of this size.

Anyways.....i have always been afraid of

Hielscher style boilers..though i have never heard of one blowing up before.

BUT: You used too much fuel....seriously.....that was too much.....
