I edited several 0x24 objects (3D objects) to have Evil Lakitu's behavior and Lakitu's Model.

It was left over from the Lakitu objects. I don't know why it was there, but it was obviously part of the behavior.

It's easy. He diddn't do this on his N64, he did it on his PC. He used a special program to play a virtual copy of Super Mario 64, (along with any other N64 games he can get a hold of) and he hacked the game with a special program used for level editing called Toads Tool.
