I hate to appear ignorant, but I'm afraid that I have no idea what you mean by #109 or OM. I'm a regular zoo visitor, not a zoo keeper. What I've been told is that for whooping cranes to be placed on display in a zoo, they have to be a non-breeding pair. The potential breeders are kept off-exhibit at the Audubon Nature Institute's breeding and research facility. Thanks for the comment though.
I suspect one of these two is #109 from OM's first year?
