Done it in June, in just around 4 hours. Padstow>Wadebridge>Bodmin and then back again. Stopped in the pub up the hill just outside Bodmin for a re-charge on the way back! Well worth it. Just remember to take plenty of water, and antihistamines! Your bum will ache for days after!
yeah im proud we have this trail down here, i live in bodmin allways have and i use this trail to go visit my friend in St Tudy. and also to go to wadebridge if i need..saves money on a bus..on a nice day, its just lovely.

holidayed in wadebridge in 05 and 06, doing the camel trail Padstow - Poley's Bridge both years - loved it!
