I got to the point i didn't care they we're Related, in the 1st season there was a tip that Yuki was a vampire when Cross said: Neither Yuki or Zero are Vampires!
and Before the episode in Guilty we're they said they were brothers people could already realize when in yukis vision the female figure was clearly her mother and had the same hair as Kaname's Mother! And i got to the point i didn't care! She Loved him... kind of all that matters! Always Love them as a pair! But i liked Zero as well!

that wasnt nessicarily a kisss he needed her to drink his blood to fully reawaken her memoreis and she was sleeping and she needed to do it before she healed and she was unconcious so he sucked it from his wrist and *uhhhhgh yuk* spat it into her mouth when she woke up she felt it as a kiss with blood.
