next year the u.n. will undoubtedly pass a resolution to grab bush, cheney, and company for their war crimes. i don't believe obama would be inclined to block extradition. the real question is if obama and the new congress will be able to undo all the damage that has been done by bush. as for fisa, i believe every phone has bee tapped in the u.s. since the sixties anyway. so what's the difference? it would actually be quite strange if they suddenly went to allot of trouble to enforce this law.
